Resolved – Raspberry Pi Imager upgrade

Within a prior post, I had discussed troubleshooting the upgrade of Raspberry Pi Imager

Raspberry Pi Imager – various (including troubleshooting)

On my Raspberry Pi 5 machine, I have the desktop version running and the auto-update, when I went into detail, said for “rp-imager 2.0.12-1”

I said yes to the upgrade, and then restarted the machine.

Went into Raspberry Pi Imager app and it is now running the newer version of 2.0.12, and not asking me to upgrade.

This tells me that it took a while for the new version to be part of the routine RP updates.

I still have the download of the newer version, that I didn’t really know what to do with.  I could have manually upgraded to this newer version a while back.
